Effective October 22, 2026
TEXTLATTICE COMMUNICATIONS LLC ("TextLattice") promotes responsible use of business messaging and communications infrastructure. This policy sets rules for website use and business inquiries, along with standards for evaluating messaging use cases. Commercial messaging requirements apply within the scope of an accepted service agreement and applicable provider arrangements.
1. Website and inquiry rules
Use the website and inquiry forms only for lawful, relevant business communication. Do not submit false identities, misleading affiliation claims, abusive content, malicious code, credentials, sensitive identity documents, or contact lists.
Do not probe private data, circumvent access controls, evade submission limits, disrupt infrastructure, or send automated form spam. We may reject or restrict inappropriate submissions and take proportionate steps to protect the website. Privacy information is available in our Privacy Policy.
2. Messaging use cases and service conditions
A business messaging program requires an appropriate service agreement, accurate business identification, a defined use case, required registrations, and applicable upstream authorization. The scope and service conditions of a TextLattice commercial engagement are established through commercial review and a written agreement.
Business use cases include requested account notifications, appointment updates, transactional messages, service communications, and properly authorized marketing. Each program must be evaluated on its actual content, audience, consent pathway, provider requirements, and applicable law. A provider’s review remains specific to the business and program involved.
3. Genuine business identity
Every end brand is responsible for using its own accurate legal entity information, website, authorized contacts, and actual messaging purpose. A reseller or software provider must not disguise the identity of an end sender.
Submitting another organization's identity, tax information, domain, or brand without authorization is prohibited. So are false campaign descriptions, fabricated consent paths, misleading sender names, and attempts to pass traffic for an unapproved business through another customer's registration. TextLattice's policies cannot replace an end brand's own disclosures.
4. Permission, identification, and recipient choice
Businesses are responsible for demonstrating appropriate recipient permission for the specific sender, purpose, and message category. A submitted phone number, an existing commercial relationship, or a purchased list alone must not be treated as sufficient authorization.
Businesses must retain suitable consent records, clearly identify the sender, provide applicable program disclosures and support information, and respect withdrawal requests. STOP and other reasonable opt-out requests must be honored in accordance with applicable law and provider requirements. Messaging programs should provide useful HELP information and a working customer support channel.
Opted-out recipients must not be re-enrolled without valid renewed permission. Changing a sender, number, or account must not be used to continue unwanted communication. This website's inquiry form is not a consumer SMS opt-in form and does not establish recipient consent.
5. Prohibited and restricted traffic
The following uses are prohibited under this policy and any applicable messaging agreement:
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, social engineering, deceptive offers, and malicious or credential-harvesting links.
- Unsolicited messaging, scraped or purchased recipient lists, manufactured consent, and messaging after an opt-out.
- Illegal content or transactions, threats, harassment, exploitation, and content that violates another person's rights.
- False or unauthorized sender identity, brand registration, business information, or claimed affiliation.
- Traffic laundering, account sharing to hide a sender, number rotation to evade filtering, or other attempts to bypass provider review and restrictions.
- Any content category or use case prohibited by an applicable upstream provider, carrier policy, or law.
Sensitive, regulated, or otherwise restricted use cases require specific evaluation and, where relevant, written provider authorization. An initial discussion, volume estimate, or willingness to pay does not remove these conditions.
6. Review and enforcement
Website inquiries are subject to server-side validation, submission limits, and private storage controls. For commercial messaging programs, review requirements can include business verification, use-case and consent documentation, customer access boundaries, registration checks, opt-out handling, complaint escalation, and applicable provider approvals.
Suspected misuse of this website may result in restrictions on access or submissions. Actions available under a commercial service agreement may include requests for supporting records, additional review, suspension, or termination, with provider coordination and responses to lawful requests where required.
Review the Compliance Center for our website safeguards and the principles that guide responsible customer and messaging reviews.
7. Report a concern
To report suspected misuse of this website or an unauthorized claim of affiliation with TextLattice, email [email protected]. Include a brief description, relevant URL, approximate date, and non-sensitive evidence where available. Do not forward passwords, identity documents, or full recipient lists.
We will review the information and determine an appropriate response. This contact channel does not promise a specific outcome or response time. For business or provider policy discussions, use [email protected].
We may update this policy as requirements, provider arrangements, or operations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Commercial engagements are governed by their accepted agreements and the policies incorporated into those agreements.
