Effective October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TEXTLATTICE COMMUNICATIONS LLC ("TextLattice," "we," "us," or "our") handles information submitted through our website and business correspondence. It explains the information we collect, how we use and protect it, and how to contact us about privacy. Our contact channels support business messaging, SMS reseller, and telecommunications partnership inquiries.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your company name, contact name, email address, inquiry category, message, and acknowledgement that you have read this policy. You may also provide your company website. Partnership inquiries include a partner category. The server adds an inquiry identifier, submission time, and internal processing and notification status.
We receive any information you choose to include in email correspondence. Please do not send Social Security numbers, identity documents, payment credentials, passwords, recipient lists, or other sensitive records through these initial contact channels.
Our inquiry service temporarily processes a connection IP address and request information to enforce rate limits and prevent repeated submissions. Its anti-abuse data is held in server memory for no more than one hour and is not included in the saved inquiry record. Hosting, reverse proxy, and email systems may also maintain operational and security logs according to their configured retention.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your business requirements, evaluate potential partnerships, respond to your request, maintain relevant correspondence, and protect this website from misuse. Acknowledging this policy does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorize SMS messages.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the steps you request before a potential business relationship, our legitimate interests in handling business correspondence and protecting our systems, or an applicable legal obligation. We do not use this website to make automated eligibility or credit decisions.
3. Providers and disclosures
We use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the website and store inquiry information. If email notifications are configured, an email service provider processes those notifications through the server’s SMTP connection. Our email provider also processes direct business correspondence. Authorized personnel and service providers may access information as needed for these purposes. We do not sell inquiry information or share it with third parties for their own advertising or text marketing.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or investigate abuse. We may also disclose information at your direction. Any additional data processing associated with a separate commercial service is subject to the disclosures and agreements applicable to that service.
4. Storage and security
Business inquiry records are saved as private JSON files outside the website’s public directories, with access limited to authorized operators. Configured email notifications and replies may also be retained in the organization’s email systems. Our hosting operator selects the server location, which may be in the United States or another country; this policy does not guarantee a particular data residency.
Our inquiry service uses server-side validation, request limits, restricted file permissions, and private storage access to protect submitted information. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been submitted in error or exposed.
5. Retention
Routine inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing discussion, agreement, dispute, or legal requirement justifies a longer period. We review records for deletion as part of our manual maintenance process. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.
Copies in restricted backups may remain until the applicable backup rotation expires. If a backup is restored, previously approved deletion requests must be reapplied. Operational logs and mailbox copies are reviewed separately as part of the same retention process.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit the form, omit the optional website field, or contact us directly. To request access, correction, deletion, or another right available under applicable law, email [email protected]. Describe your request and the contact email used in your inquiry; please do not attach identity documents.
We handle requests manually and may ask for proportionate confirmation that you control the relevant email address. We respond in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any permitted limits, such as retention needed for a legal obligation. Where applicable, you may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.
7. Cookies, analytics, and children
Our inquiry forms do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and access-control providers may use essential cookies to operate and protect the website. External websites linked from our pages operate under their own privacy policies.
The website is intended for business contacts, not children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our website, data practices, or operations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will reflect material changes to the information covered by this policy in an updated notice.
